Perfect make ahead party snack...it's better if made a week before the big game. This recipe will satisfy at least 20 fans...it makes ALOT!  The seasoning and Cheese Puffs are the magic!

 Dry ingredients  you'll need:

– 4 cups Cheese Puffs  – 2 cups thin pretzels – 2 cups Cheerios – 1 cup mini saltines or oyster crackers – 2 cups Rice Chex – 2 cups Corn Chex – 1.5 cups dry roasted peanuts

Wet and spicy ingredients you'll need:

– 8 tbsp Worcestershire  – 3 tbsp chili powder  – 1 tsp cumin powder – 2 tsp hot sauce more  – 2 tsp onion powder – 1 tbsp garlic powder – 1 stick melted butter

How to make Homemade Chex Mix with Cheese Puffs...

Place the dry ingredients in a very large bowl or large roasting pan.   Gently mix cereals, cheese puffs, pretzels, mini saltines, and peanuts together with a big spatula or wooden spoon.

Over low heat, melt the butter…be careful not to burn.  Add the Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, and hot sauce to taste.

Pour half of the butter mixture in a circle over the dry snack mix and stir gently with a rubber spatula.  Pour the second half of the butter mixture again in a circular motion and mix again. Mix until everything is evenly coated.

Slow roast on low for at least an hour at 215°.

Cool on cut-up brown paper sacks, newspaper, parchment paper, or paper towels.
