Simple Ingredients

Roast the Vegetables

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). – Place vegetables on a parchment-lined baking sheet. – Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. – Roast for 25–30 minutes until caramelized and tender.

Sauté & Season

~ Transfer roasted vegetables (except garlic skins) to a large pot. ~ Add spices ~ Cook until spices are fragrant.

Simmer & Blend

~ Add liquids ~ Simmer ~ Blend

Add the Creaminess

Cream Parmesan cheese

Garnish & Serve
