Easy Cheesy Artichoke Olive Cheese Bread
This Easy Cheesy Artichoke and Olive Bread Recipe is loaded with creamy cheeses, artichokes, and green and black olives stuffed into a loaf of French bread, toasted until bubbly and golden brown. It’s one of my favorite appetizers to serve when bored with traditional spinach artichoke dip.
This killer artichoke bread with olives is one of my favorite things to serve as a delicious addition to an Italian sausage dinner. Make the olive artichoke dip ahead of time so it’s easy and fast to put together for your next party.

PRO TIPS
- Chop everything up before serving for fast assembly.
- Make sure the cheeses are at room temperature for easy mixing.
- Make it a couple of days ahead of your event for easy entertaining.
- The artichoke olive dip will easily save for 2-3 days in the fridge if stored in an airtight container.
QFA’s
Can I substitute gruyere cheese? Yes! Cheddar cheese or Monterrey Jack, or a combination of both would be good. Experimenting with different cheeses is fun.
Can this recipe be used with chicken? It would be so delicious as a baked chicken breast topper. I would pound the boneless chicken breast and season them with salt and pepper first. Then top with the artichoke cheese mixture and bake for at least 30 minutes for Baked Artichoke Chicken.
Can this dish be frozen? I have never tried to freeze it but I know mayonnaise and cheese do not freeze very well.
